Yes. Prices shown are “from” prices unless stated otherwise. Final pricing may vary depending on hair length, thickness, condition, time and the amount of product required. We'll always confirm pricing with you before beginning any service.

Yes. A Cut and Style Consultation or Colour Consultation is $20, and that $20 is credited toward your appointment when you proceed with a booking. A consultation is also recommended before booking Nanoplasty or Cezanne smoothing.

Yes. Studio 15 is a private, one-on-one salon operating strictly by appointment only. Standard appointments are available Tuesday to Friday, 10am–5pm, and Saturday, 10am–2pm. Earlier appointments, evening appointments and selected Mondays may be available by prior consultation with Tracey. So we don't disappoint, we recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance if you can.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer the appointment to another client.

Just yourself! If you have inspiration photos for a new style or colour, feel free to bring those along. Every appointment starts with a personalised consultation so we can plan the right service for your hair.

We carefully select products free from harsh chemicals like ammonia, parabens, and sulfates. We use KEVIN.MURPHY COLOR.ME which is PPD-free and ammonia-free, with naturally derived ingredients like aloe vera, honey, shea butter, and pomegranate.

We primarily use Kevin Murphy and K18 professional products. Kevin Murphy COLOR.ME uses naturally derived ingredients and is PPD-free and ammonia-free. K18 provides molecular repair treatments for damaged hair.

Cezanne is a professional keratin smoothing treatment that is formaldehyde-free, paraben-free, sulphate-free, gluten-free, and phthalate-free. It smooths frizz and reduces styling time. Results last several months for the classic treatment, and results can last up to 6 weeks for the Cezanne Instant Frizz Eliminator.

Nanoplasty is best suited to clients seeking a straighter, longer-lasting result with significant frizz and curl reduction, commonly lasting around 5–6 months. Cezanne is a smoothing treatment designed to soften frizz, improve manageability and reduce styling time while retaining more of the hair's natural movement. A consultation will help determine which treatment is most suitable for your hair and desired result.
